Do I get access to the entire course when I enroll?

By enrolling, you get access to modules 1-3 of the Academy which are free for everyone. Levels 4 and 5 will be dedicated to Enterprise plans only.

Do I need to be a Zebra BI customer or have a paid license to enroll?

No need! Modules 1–3 are open to anyone, no matter the license type. Levels 4–5, on the other hand, will be dedicated to Enterprise plans only.

What form of content can I expect?

As learning styles vary from one person to another, the course materials come in different forms. From video tutorials and written instructions to practical use case examples and datasets, you’ll get everything you need to succeed in mastering the art of Actionable Reporting.

Do I have to finish the entire course in one sitting?

Not at all. You can set your own schedule and progress at a pace that suits you best.

Can I retake the course or individual lessons?

Of course, you can retake the course or individual lessons at will. Anything you need to nail Actionable Reporting. But please note that you only get 1 final certificate, regardless of how many times you take the course.
